Being an empowered leader

Speaking topics

Like you, Dani Ferrier (one of New Zealand’s most zesty coaches) has seen the word “Empowerment” thrown around in different ways and she descovered that this is the beginning of great leadership.

So what is empowerment? and what does it mean to be an empowered leader? Is it all fluffy yoga and meditation that creates that blissful feeling? Smoothies and juices? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top and have good role models? Or, is there a different story?

Everyone can be an empowered leader!

She understands that all it takes is one decision… To be the best person you can be and learn to lean into the uncomfortable feelings that are keeping you from transforming. She knows that an empowered leader cant be ignored. It's about the ability to see yourself as a thriving being and create an environment for others to thrive too.

With over a decade of experience climbing mountains and traveling the world Dani is able to bring practical real-world leadership experience to her coaching, mentoring and speaking.  It’s this fusion of first-hand experience, personal anecdotes and humour that enable her to connect so deeply with her audiences and create such inspiring and transformational talks.

Dani is the current president of the Toast Master Nelson group and has lots of great tools to share with her audience.  She is recognized as one of the most inspiring young professionals in Nelson and is growing a network of inspired people who know that empowerment comes from fighting fear and leaning into challenges to become the best version of yourself you can be.
